Meet Amanda! Amanda is the founder of 2 successful businesses! Her entrepreneurial skills and unique approach style are the reason iSwim has grown to be such an amazing swim school!

Throughout the past 13 years, Amanda has created the ESR curriculum through research and hands on practice. Not only does she have a very unique teaching style, but she also believes that children deserve to play in the water while feeling confident but also understanding the dangers and potential hazards. Her goal with iSwim is to teach children how to SURVIVE in all scenarios.

Amanda is a certified Aquatic Supervisor and Instructor with the Lifesaving Society. She began swimming at a young age, graduated from her swim school and was offered her first job as a Deck Attendant. She worked for the City of Mississauga as a Swim Instructor/ Lifeguard and shortly after was offered a position with the Mississauga Swimming Aquatics Club, where she trained and conditioned children at a pre-competitive level.

Amanda is not only on a mission to teach children the necessary life saving skills/preventative measures needed in the event of an aquatic emergency, but she also genuinely loves children. If you've already met her, then you'll know that her life mission is to spread kindness, positivity and ensure as many children as possible have the right skills to stay safe and alive in the water.
